AWARDS / AWARDS PROGRAM:
Trophies – Girls and Boys Team with most points.

Medal & Ribbons – Medals to 1st place finishers. Ribbons for 2nd through 6th place finishers.

Relay Events – Medals to lst place team members, Ribbons to 2nd place members only. 

Special Trophy – Weight people coed (4 x100) Relay


COACHES MEETINGS:
4:15 p.m. at Vidinha Stadium.

ENTRIES:
Four (4) entries per school allowed in the Dashes and Hurdles:
100m, 200m, 400m, 100H Girls, 110HH Boys, 300MH Boys/Girls.
The top nine competitors in the qualifying trials will advance to the Finals based on best time.


DISTANCE EVENTS: 800M, 1500M, 3000M
           
800M Run / 3000M Run – Four (4) entries per school. Qualifying heats may be held on Tuesday, pending number of entries.  Additions may be added later depending on number of initial entries.

1500M Run -  Four (4) entries per school. Trials/finals held on Wednesday.  Additions may be added later depending on the number of the initial entries.


FIELD EVENTS:
Five (5) entries per school.  Additional entries may be added depending the number of initial entries.

Trials/Finals – for all field events


RELAYS:
Two teams per school (may have trials)


FINALS:
Dashes:  The top nine times in the trials will advance to the finals. In the finals, lane assignments will be determined by drawing. (best time selects first, then second, third, etc.)


SPECIAL EVENT:
Weight people 400m Coed Relay (2-boys/2-girls). Eligible participants must have participated in any field event during the current track meet.

 
SCORING:
Scoring will be according to the National Federation of High School  Association rulebook.


ROSTER DEADLINE:
Please have rosters TYPED. Complete full name for all participants. If possible, please include their best track times next to their name.  This will help in seeding positions for the trials. Deadline for Rosters -  Friday, March 5, 2010.
